Programme Activities

Many seniors joined in enthusiastically, discovering how simple laughter can uplift mood, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.

Community Impact and Wellness Benefits

Our laughter yoga team was privileged to bring this unique wellness experience to the seniors, with the hope that they will continue to practice laughter yoga as a daily exercise. Just 20 minutes of laughter each day can strengthen immunity, ease tension, and cultivate positive energy.

Looking Forward

We are grateful for the opportunity to support seniors in staying healthy, connected, and joyful through laughter yoga. The positive response from participants reinforces the importance of bringing wellness activities directly to the community.
