The event brought together residents from different races and age groups in a joyful celebration of wellness, friendship, and community bonding. Highlights of the day included Laughter Yoga, a cheongsam show, art and craft activities, games, mass exercises, a photo wall, lucky draw, door gifts, and refreshments.

The SWA Laughter Yoga team was led by Lead Teacher Angela Wong, together with Teacher Tan Lee Hua and Teacher Susan Seng. Other dedicated team leaders included Raja, Margaret, Betty, and Jun Mi.

The session began with rhythmic clapping, deep breathing exercises, and a series of interactive laughter activities that encouraged participants to relax, connect, and laugh freely together. Residents enthusiastically joined in the fun and uplifting exercises, filling the hall with energy, smiles, and laughter.

The programme concluded on a high note with a lively Bollywood Laughter Yoga dance, followed by the meaningful closing song “I Am So Grateful,” leaving participants feeling joyful, refreshed, and connected.

Through this community outreach programme, SWA continues to promote the message that Laughter Yoga is a simple yet powerful practice that transcends race, language, and age, bringing people together in peace, harmony, wellness, and friendship.
