Kyla Tan

Kyla is a healthcare sales and marketing professional with a deep passion for empowering individuals through style transformation. With her other identity as a certified Style Coach™ and Personal Colour Curator, she helps individuals build confidence and authenticity by aligning their inner and outer selves.

A dedicated volunteer with the Singapore Women’s Association (SWA) since being crowned Miss Singapore International in 2010, Kyla has significantly contributed to the organisation’s mission of grooming young women into future leaders. Leveraging her expertise as a stylist, makeup artist, and model, she has mentored participants, curating a 10-week youth leadership transformation program and ensuring their journey is both empowering and impactful.

Her achievements include securing sponsorships for SWA’s charity gala dinners, chairing and advising on the event’s planning and execution. This is now a full circle moment as she serves as the National Director of Singapore for Miss International, supporting queens in their journeys end to end. She oversees strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and the training of finalists. Under her guidance, SWA queens have consistently excelled on international stages, earning widespread praise for their representation.

Kyla’s community efforts extend beyond pageantry. She has emceed Renci Hospital’s National Day celebrations, Christmas Luncheons for women and children in shelters, and co-led YEP Leadership Namaste Nepal, a community project using performance arts as therapy for children of prisoners. As a trainer with Athena Academy, she conducts styling and grooming workshops for women in shelters, empowering them to rebuild confidence and secure employment.

Through her dual career in healthcare and style coaching, Kyla continues to inspire and transform lives. Guided by her philosophy of “paying kindness forward,” she remains dedicated to creating meaningful impact within her community and beyond.
