Kate Tan

Kate has 16 years of experience in aviation and homeland security, with a strong foundation in leadership and entrepreneurship. Most recently, she served as Head of Transformation and Sustainability and Deputy General Manager at SATS Ltd since 2020, playing a pivotal role in the growth and success of the security unit. As an entrepreneur, she spent 10 years managing her own security company, further solidifying her expertise in business operations and strategic leadership.

Kate specializes in human resources, organizational transformations, talent management, and operational enhancements that drive service quality, financial performance, and efficiency. She has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of inaugural events, including international concerts, exhibitions, and major sporting events such as the 28th Southeast Asian Games in 2015, the inaugural Singapore Airshow and Singapore Formula One Grand Prix 2008.
